Quebec shredder Ben Bilocq took home $1,000 and 5th place in the Open Division at the Volcom Peanut Butter & Rail Jam this past Saturday.
The event was held this past Saturday with more than 250 amateur riders from around the world at Mammoth Mountain to throw down.
Bilocq, sponsored by Nitro snowboards, may be familiar to you if you picked up a copy of Snowboard Canada magazine this past season. Bilocq was recognized (along with a number of other riders) as one of Canada’s best up-and-coming am riders. You can check out his interview on the Snowboard Canada website here.
Johnny Lazzareschi (1st), Tyler Flanagan (2nd), Guillaume Beaudoin (3rd) and Julien Beaulieu (4th) rounded out the top five in the Open Division. For the full story visit Future Snowboarding’s website.
