The 2008-09 FIS World Cup will be making two stops on Canadian soil on its way to the final stop in Valmalenco, Italy on March 21, 2009.
British Columbia’s Cypress Mountain will play host the 4th Halfpipe event of the series on February 14th, The series will then move to Stoneham, Quebec for a Big Air event on February 18th and another Halfpipe event on February 21st.
This year will also be the first time a Slopestyle event is added to the FIS calender. The inaugural Slopestyle event will take place in Bardonecchia, Italy in early February, one day prior to the Halfpipe event at Bardonecchia.
